Zeosorb filter
It's the absolute replacement of conventional sand filter with better filtration clarity, it can reduce turbidity to less than 3 microns. Zeosorb has High filtration rate comparing with sand because of the lightweight specification which means better backwash cycle.
The raw water is pumped into ZEOSORB filter. ZEOSORB effectively removes fine particles in the range of 0.5 µm to 3 µm, this is better than the conventional media. ZEOSORB versus multimedia media sand filtration tests were conducted for fine particle (turbidity) removal. The filtered water average NTU was approximately 1 /3 of the multimedia filtrate, indicating superior fine particle removal by ZEOSORB. Due to the large surface area of zeosorb adsorption of selective substances can be achieved.
